What data is processed

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

Server logs: when you visit the site, the server automatically records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser (user agent) and the response code.

Messages: if you write via WhatsApp, Telegram or email, the data you provide yourself is processed (your name, number or address, and the content of the message).

Contact form: if you use it, your name, email address and message are processed. The server does not store the message: it is forwarded by email to the site owner. Your IP address is used only temporarily, in memory, to limit abusive submissions (anti-spam) and is not stored separately, apart from the web server logs described above.

Purpose and legal basis

Server logs: keeping the website secure and working properly. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messages: answering your enquiry and, if needed, preparing a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact form: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to me, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Retention

Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If a project goes ahead, the data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Messages sent through the form are kept in the owner's mailbox for as long as needed to handle them and, afterwards, for the legal periods that apply.

Recipients

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Alemania, UE), acting as data processor. The data stays within the European Economic Area.

No data is shared with third parties unless required by law. WhatsApp and Telegram process messages under their own privacy policies.

Email delivery service: the form message is relayed through an email delivery service that acts as a data processor and uses it only to deliver it.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, or object to processing, by writing to hello@kovaleva.digital. You will receive a reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
